Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition

Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition is a Port of Resident Evil 4 that was on Game Cube and ps2. The game being transfered over to the Wii has made it easily the best looking Nintendo Wii game on the system which is sad seeing how its a last gen game. Its the exact same game as the game cube version and ps2 version, but with the Wii's controller it makes the game feel somewhat new which is enough for a rental. The controller system is easy to get a hang of right off the bat, the only problem i have with it is the aiming. While aiming at a angry mob of villagers you would like to be able to aim in every direction with ease, Right? Well in this case its not that easy. Aiming is easy just simply Point and hold B to aim and then A to shoot But while trying to aim sometimes you have to aim up or down left or right. when holding B you can aim to all sides of the screen like most games. But unlike most games you dont have to use the Thumb stick to move your screen. simply put while aiming your Gun you also have to aim your screen higher or lower or side to side with the thumb stick. And lets face it when theres 32 villagers running at you with pitch forks and axes and Chainsaws (Oh my!), you dont want to have to aim then re-aim your screen just to shoot someone only to find out you spent to much time trying to aim at them and now your forced to run again. Though there is a small error in the aiming system, the game is still fun and just needs a bit of time to get used to. The Graphics being damn near EXACTLY the same makes for the sad faces of Resident Evil Wii fans. I do believe we were all hoping that by porting the game they would Jump start the graphics a little bit just so people could stop calling it a Game cube 1.0 or two game cubes duck taped together. Other than the aiming system being a bit off and the graphics being just the same, The game play is what truly matters. if your a fan of the game series then you might have played the game cube version and as you know catching a very large Fish in this game can be a lot of fun, along with two Chainsaw Sisters, a fight against Ada Wong in a sexy dress, and killing a Giant Cave Troll! If you haven't played it before and your reading this as a guide that you would like as help to decide buying or renting this game for your Nintendo Wii system i Suggest a $30 price tag isnt bad for picking this one up if you like fast paced shooting a cinematic button mashing to stay alive and puzzles to solve in order to save the Presidents daughter, Ashley Or if you just love Capcom. If your unsure of what the game is (How could you be?) its the story of a Government agent named Leon that is sent to a small village to bring back the Presidents Daughter ALIVE at all costs. once entered the village you find out that its a strange cult and Force must be taken in order to get her back as the story becomes much more complex.

My final say on this game is a
